Shipping Scope

We ship worldwide.

All orders dispatch from the United States.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders move into processing quickly.

Change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, modifications are not permitted.


Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

Processing window: 1–3 business days.
Shipment occurs the next business day after processing.

No weekend dispatch.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks, depending on demand and destination.

Tracking is provided once dispatched.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.


Lost Shipments

If an order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, contact us.

Verified non-delivery qualifies for refund or replacement.

The 30-day window begins from the marked shipment date, not order date.


Customs & Duties

Prices are listed in USD and exclude international duties or taxes.

Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Toy Armory is not responsible for customs delays.


Returns

Return requests must be submitted via email.

Items must be:

  1. Unused
  2. In original condition
  3. In original packaging

Return approval is required before shipping items back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Damaged / Incorrect Items

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  1. Order number
  2. Clear photos
  3. Description of issue

Claims submitted outside this window may be denied.


Refund Policy 

Refunds are not issued for:

  1. Buyer’s remorse
  2. Incorrect address provided by customer
  3. Delays caused by customs
  4. Delays within stated delivery window

Approved refunds are processed only after:

  1. Returned item is received and inspected
  2. Or non-delivery is verified

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may delay resolution and will be formally disputed with supporting documentation.


Product Handling & Initial Inspection

Gel blasters require a basic assembly and function check before first use.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all parts upon arrival.

Any damage or missing components must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. 

Failure to inspect and report issues within the 48-hour window may void eligibility for replacement. 


Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Products may be subject to local laws and regulations depending on your region.

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify legality prior to purchase. 

Toy Armory is not responsible for confiscation or enforcement actions resulting from local restrictions.


Field Policy: Units are not silent. “Silence” refers to controlled operation and precision handling.
