Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue appropriately.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delays within the stated delivery window
  • Carrier delays or customs processing delays
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or customized/special order products.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, provided the item remains unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Chargebacks

Customers must contact us prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution and will be formally disputed with supporting documentation.
